Terrible customer service if you will stuck in claims or even in anything where you need to talk to them they will never call you they have no service to attend the call . They will ask you to message and then u will wait for hours to get reply. Dont get stuck with them …

Will never use this insurance provider again mistake after mistake cost me £1,800 on my vehicle then to top it all off they attempted to take a premium at the end worst insurance company i have ever had the displeasure of dealing woth

If you have alternative transport options, the app may not be for you
The insurance price may be competitive, but think carefully before choosing Zego Sense if you regularly use a motorcycle or other forms of transport alongside your car.
In my real-world experience, the app repeatedly recorded motorcycle journeys as car journeys, resulting in an extremely poor driving score and even a warning that my policy could be cancelled. Once I asked the backend team to remove the motorcycle trips, my score returned to a good level.
If you have more than one way of getting around, be prepared for the ongoing admin of checking and correcting your trips. It may work well for drivers who only ever use one vehicle, but my proven experience has been that the app cannot distinguish between vehicles (even though they’ll insist it can).
