Horrific option
I tried to setup using this to pay a friend and my bank isn’t an option. There is NO guidance in the app as it just redirects to their website so you can search your bank. If your bank isn’t not present, sit there until the end of time bc there isn’t an on-screen option! Genuinely worthless to me if they face a problem and their solution is just not to have one. A failure of an option to pay someone.

App is trash
This app is like something out of 2003, instead of just allowing you to sign into your bank from within the app (their devs aren’t smart enough to just build the web browsing within the app boarder-less), it launches another web browser and takes you to their site to search if your banks supported, then launches to your bank site all outside of the app. This app is a decade behind venmo or cash app and imagine that zelle been out a decade longer. That tells you how behind these folks are when it comes to customer integration and simplicity. F- I’ll stay on venmo and cash app.

This this is a scammer’s new tool. They used to scam people out of money and Zelle convenient policies make them not liable. The banks don’t back you up was just a scammer tool, pure trash.

Totally worthless now
I never reviewed it when I enjoyed it and it was doing a good job. But now it’s totally worthless unless your bank uses or allows it. Stick with Venmo or PayPal!

I’ve used this app for a while now for transferring and receiving… but now after the newest update I can’t do anything at all !!! I can’t even update newest version it’s ridiculous

What is the purpose of this app?
You can only send and receive Zelle payments through your bank or your banking app so what is even the purpose of this app. You can't actually do anything it has zero functionality.

I have been using Zelle for a long while via my bank’s page… and as I wanted to use the separate Zelle app, I had a hard time logging on the Zelle app itself.. it kept asking me to activate via my bank and return to the page where my email and phone# were already activated.. it’s confusing…

Whats the point of the App
Whats the point of having an App if its just going to redirect you to your banking App. It would be nice to have a single place to manage ALL the bank accounts in one place.
Zelle App
I’m always having problems with Zelle. Sending money is so difficult, and my account is hooked to my bank, yet for some reason the money never transfers right. Extremely difficult system and app to use.

How do these apps come to have this much power?! A colleague tried to send me $685 tonight. Her bank blocked her, “new” recipients are capped at $500. So zelle is telling you how much money you can send. Not good.

Keeps freezing on download
App keeps freezing on download. My IPhone keeps putting me in an hour security hold to change my password. But every time it freezes I have to restart the phone starting this miserable process all over again. Won’t let me get past adding a credit card

Went to use it and no longer works with my current phone or system.

Not sure why this app even exists anymore. You can do anything in it, besides take the long way to opening your bank app. “we make regular updates” to what? the list of bank apps you could have just searched in the app store instead? just delete it.
