SCAMMERS!! They’ve stolen my money! I fled domestic abuse and they want details???!!!
I opened a zen account as I needed a new bank separate from my ex partner. I was emergency rehoused with my children due to being at “high risk of homicide”. I got money transferred into the account from a friend on the Friday morning so I could get gas & electric for the emergency house I’ve been placed in, and some food for the kids and myself. It is now Sunday afternoon and after repeated messages saying they’re looking into it, I still have no money in my account. This situation zen has left me in is horrific. Don’t use them, if something goes wrong like this, they don’t care, they don’t sort it out and it shouldn’t have even happened in the first place, I’ve never had a transfer nor come through with any bank, so I really do not recommend this bank, avoid! I’d hate to see them hold onto anyone else’s money, I explained I’m in an emergency situation and they have so be careful!
UPDATE! It’s now Tuesday (Friday morning the transfer was made) they still haven’t released my money. They want more details about my fleeing domestic abuse have even asked for more details on the circumstances which involved rape!!! They want evidence! This bank is a disgrace! Do NOT give them your money I am in such bad distress. I have no gas & electric on at the emergency house I have been placed in for my safety and these people are asking for details of my abuse!!!!! I’ve been through this with police extensively causing me bad distress and now the bank is doing it??!! What the hell is going on!!

Expensive fees and failed bank transfer
They charged me a $25 fee for a bank transfer without advising that my bank is not eligible for transfers from the platform. When the funds were returned, they kept the fee and refused to refund me
SCAM
My account was blocked for no apparent reason and they are not returning my money. Contacting support won't help at all because every time they just say that the case is under review. But it’s been under review for a whole year already😂 stay away from this service.
