This is a pretty basic app. In these times, I’d think you’d be able to get a kid to get this working for you…
A bad joke
This thing is like a bad joke. Cannot connect to the fan because the window for you to enter the code completely obscures the code.! the remote control is kind of a junkie thing as well. Totally not worth the money and would advise anyone to avoid like a plague!
Tried and tried
Wouldn’t connect. Tried for 20 minutes standing on a ladder and holding phone literally into the unit. Could not have gotten closer. Gave up. Life’s too short.
If you can’t make it compatible w the password generator…
It’s an app to manage my fan which I was only trying out because the remote eats batteries so fast I stopped using it and instead have been using g a ladder to turn on the fan. Another really bad experience, Zephyr. If you have to insist on an account being created, make the process compatible with the strong password generator built into iOS.
