Hood won’t connect to the internet (WiFi) though the app. Don’t know if it’s the hood or the app, but either way, if you can’t connect the hood to the internet none of the remote features will work. It’s basically a manual hood.

They sell the app as a feature but it hasn’t worked. Every time we try to use it you need to reset the password.
Does not even open
This has to be the worst appliance app ever. The blue tooth was always spotty and would just disconnect randomly. Now the app won’t even stay open. I think this Zephyr way of doing a money grab so you have to buy their hub.
Terrible app
The main downside is that you can only add 1 unit into app. I have 2 hoods and for the 2nd I gotta create separate account. So annoying.
