What happened??
I used to love using this app and it’s always great to gain points for future orders. But as of late I keep trying to order from home and once I pay the order is immediately cancelled where the ‘Enterprise customer has been suspended due to outstanding invoice balance’ and so I can only order in person now. This has been going on for a while o I’ve avoided purchasing from here and it’s upsetting. What is going on??

DOESNT TAKE ME TO CART
It doesnt let me spend my money. Cart CTA doesnt work, useless application. I had to restart it 8 time to order my food.

Never works
Most frustrating; have complained several times but they just don’t care. As good as your food may be, no one likes to be duped… plenty of other choices out there…
Update: still rarely works but I’ve discovered that if you click on a previous order you can add it to your cart - appears that’s the only way. App still sucks - I reckon either Zeus doesn’t want to honour the rewards programme and/or the app developer just plain sucks too…

Can’t even log in
Love the good, but I can’t log into the app. Says communication error. Or I’ll enter my member number and it says it’s not a valid email so I enter my email and says communication error. Just sends me round in circles.
App is a fail
I have been unable to log in for a week or so. If I use email address it says member number incorrect. If I use member number it says email incorrect. Too hard!
Terrible App
Constant issues logging in, can not even check out as guest as there is even more errors.
Can’t login or reset password
Can’t log in and every time I try to reset password it comes up with an error
Just can’t order
Haven’t been able to order since the last one or two updates, very clunky then as you “pay” it has an unexpected error
No address page
Can’t add a delivery address (page loads blank), rendering the app unusable. Feels like they just framed their website into an app, not a great experience.
The worst app ever
Great restuarant but really terrible app. so frustrating, can’t put in delivery address or it will take your money and not go through. Terrible
Rubbish
Why have the SignIn With Apple option when it does not work. Whoever tested this feature didn’t do a very good job. Gave up and deleted app.
Absolute shocking Loyalty system. Don’t trust it at all!
They add and then remove and then add and then remove rewards points leaving me frustrated and confused as it looks like I’m being ripped off! Last time I tried to use my loyalty points I could not use them and the store confirmed it was a known issue.

Didn’t really get a chance to test since it wouldn’t send me the validation email to complete my profile. Ohh wellz.

Hi, rewards system isn’t converting Zeus reward points to Zeus dollars. I have to email support to get this done every time. Please fix this bug! Thanks

Is your app broken? I can’t log in. I can’t sign up. I can’t reset my password. I can’t update the app! I’d like to buy and eat your food but why is your app broken?
No delivery tracking?
Unless I’m missing something, there’s no ability to track deliveries from this app.
Makes for a pretty stressful ordering experience, seems a massive oversight not to support this basic functionality. Fingers crossed my food gets here.

It worked until they updated their app. Now it doesn’t. You’d think the opposite would occur. Strange how life does that sometimes.

Ordered 50$ through the app - never arrived
Rang through after 120mins - told that it’s Ubers fault….. considering I never ordered through Uber. Sounds like a Zeus problem.
