Bookings/ Scam
I’ve currently had a booking for the same vehicle since march. There was an issue with the owner and zevo which caused me to have to return the vehicle. I was trying to prebook another vehicle before my return and zevo doesn’t allow it which within 30 to 45 minutes the 3 vehicles I was looking at where all gone and they have a parking lot full of the cars that I wanted but none of them where listed. For the amount of money being paid i think this service is garbage on top of the fact they don’t have customer reps on call. The charge is a lot for not being able to prebook for another vehicle when you’re being forced to return. I absolutely hate the way I was treated when I haven’t caused any problems and I’ve been on top of all my payments . Look for another app to rent on. They are absolutely trash when it comes to your needs and making sure you’re taking care of.
