In 2026, almost every gig app out there has instant or same-day payments. Zifty is one of the very few that still makes drivers wait. We use our own vehicles, our own gas, and our own time. The bare minimum this company can do is pay us promptly, just like almost everyone else in the industry already does. Please update it, thanks

No notification sound
Zifty’s notification sounds stopped working on my iPhone after I updated to iOS 26… and that was months ago. Please fix or add new notification sounds for iPhone users
5.0 driver can’t get offers
This app used to be so good and now it’s barely worth the phone storage anymore. Bots and bugs have made it my 3rd tier catering app. Sometimes a nice one comes in but usually that’s last minute that someone dropped with an hour til pickup. Why? Why am I not seeing these orders at all but unreliable drivers have them. It makes no sense. Been active for years 5.0 never dumped an order.

Esta aplicacion era muy buena hace 2 anos. Sin embargo ahora solo funciona para los que tienen un bot. Es injusto para toda la comunidad.
Unethical use by some drivers and careless company
Some drivers are able to bug the system and use applications to automatically accept the good paying offers. I started Zifty delivery service since 2023, it used to be good I used to get many offers. Now even my rating is top-notch (5 Star) I get maybe 1 order a month. Exclusive offers are easy to catch however I don’t see any exclusive offer that is worth accepting. It’s always either low paying ($19-23) or long distance (such aa 20-45miles).
I know no-one is going to look at the review and try to work on it cause as long aa their platform runs that’s all this company care about. Doesn’t matter how unfairly some drivers are able to make more than $1000/weeks and others just get low paying orders (maybe 1,2/week) .
I know that drivers are using the bot to accept orders which should be unethical. I don’t think this company care about ethics or equality as long as thet are making money.

And no jobs….. no notification sounds at all… too many times refreshing the page jobs coming at 2am,sorry but I’m not staying up all night for 20$ …. Fix it make more exclusives….. but you won’t more money in your pocket since we are just the driver….

Why with DoorDash
They have little work but someone’s orders with great paying. Many drivers for little bit orders. Now the working with DoorDash and we have less many less offers now. This not possible. I worked with DoorDash few months ago and they start working in with EZcater in September. Obviously we have less orders directly in this app.

Poor customer support!
This app is a waste of time.. since I signed up they keep sending me offers 100s of miles away from my zone, I tried multiple times to reset the zone, but still not detecting me as at that other far away State! I contacted customer support they advised me to contact the support through their email, but they came out with so dumb response, they said we don’t have control over the offers and we can’t help you! You need to wait for the offers close to your zone! It has been months n’ all I’m still getting are those orders from that State located 100s of miles away!!! Don’t waste your time they are the worst among all other apps!!!!

The app allows the customer to reduce the order value after delivery. It's not fair. It delays the restaurant. The customer doesn't understand, removes the tip, and support only apologizes. This isn't how it works.

Don’t have any expectations with this app. And be very careful with your taxes during tax season.
App performance TERRIBLE
I’ve had this for a weeks now, almost months and to no avail have I ever been able to successfully accept an order. Error codes popping up when I go to accept, then by the time I refresh retry a few times the order is gone and nothing is available. App says update and I do the next time an order comes through it says update app AGAIN after it was done. This app has been a total waste of time and to think I bought these catering hot bags specifically for this and have at this point wasted my money. Don’t waste your time on this app, there’s no money to be made here

They send most orders in the middle of the night and the orders that you actually get a notification for disappear immediately. You click on it and it’s gone immediately
No exclusive offers
I’m a five star driver been on the platform since they’ve been in my area have a large vehicle but I haven’t receive not one exclusive offer so that means I have to stare at my screen to get any offer, but they said it was based on seniority vehicle type and your rating, but that is not true cause I don’t get no exclusive offers
