An issue with the app
I love your app and how much exposure you gave us but there an issue with navigating the app and how slow, difficult or sometimes impossible to do editing and see it on the linked sites like Hot pat and Rental… wish you all the best
Can’t report Phishing
All of the requests I have had so far are phishing and there is no way in messages to report. I posted it today and got 6 messages or so. The help center has no results for phishing, or scam, or fraud. A Google search results in a Zillow link that results in an error message. As an example there was an immediate message and link from “Z I L L O W” and “ZILL OW” sending me to a tiny.url telling me my posting was flagged and disabled. Would be great to not get these messages or to be able to flag them. Making it impossible to do so is an obvious sign they don’t care about their users.

Love their Rental Manager
I have a small family operation and I have been using this service for several years now. It is free to use for both Tenant and landlord, and we can make state specific leases as well as collect payments. The tenant can also opt to get credit reporting. I love the reminders. It sends everyone when the tenant is late on rent. Their fee of $35 for the tenants to submit an application is also very reasonable and people like that.

Awesome rental app.
This app is absolutely amazing and a great way to start your landlord / property management career. The only thing I would change is the ability to revise the application fee and able to receive a portion. Other than that, it's a great way to keep records of messages, rental agreements, taking payments, and any revisions and or maintenance records

It's really much better than I thought.
Scam after Scam after Scam
Worse than Craigslist and Facebook combined. Users are requesting you verify your the owner of your own properties. Receiving messages from user names like ZILL 0W it’s a complete waste of time. Users who seem like they might be legit schedule showings and never show up. Property owners have no way to review renters to warn others you’ll be wasting your time. Not worth the effort sadly.

Zillow has made renting and managing my apartments very seem less so far. Great resource.

It is a great app for doing it yourself landlord. It is very disappointing that the stopped the lease builder. I wish they just charged for it instead. Now that is a big gap.

Four and half stars
It works great when I am in the US. I travel out of the country frequently, when I’m out of the country I am unable to access the system or manage my properties.
Frustrating
The user experience needs work. I don’t have any fees but the listing still shows “Fees may apply”. How do I display “Total Monthly Price”? It’s a mystery.
Best rental app for landlords
Zillow makes its app user-friendly and very easy to navigate. I mainly use the Zillow rental App to find and screen tenants. Although the applications have too many self-reported sections in which some tenants input false data. It does bring many quality tenants.
The only thing I wish they had was an option to decline an appointment for a no-show or “other.”

Great for vetting apps and landlords
This is one of the best I’ve seen and not out to make a fortune off small businesses like us! They do all the leg work and free unless you want a monthly and I got more leads in 24 hours than cl, fb or the other sites I’ve tried!! A++
