Scam does not work be carefull
Scooter broke, could not reach customer support
I rented two scooters and midway into our trip, the e-brake on one of them locked up and rendered the scooter useless. The accelerator did not work and I tried pausing and unpausing it, but nothing worked. I understand these things happen from time to time, but when I tried calling the number on the scooter, it went straight to voicemail.
This is crazy dangerous because we were in an emergency situation yet could not reach any customer service. It has now been over 24 hours later and I still have not received any callback or response to my emails. We ended up having to walk the scooter back under the blazing hot sun for over an hour to get back to our original starting point. Stay far away from this company.

Gud fun and saving time to go one place to other places

I had issue with my payment and zip scooter gave me time to pay up and they always answer your needs on time, if you are having trouble with the scooter, I would recommend everyone to check them out the scooters are fun, fast and battery last a long time I use it for work and I was on time everytime compared to being on the bus

Highlight of Our trip!
My fiancé and I decided to use the zip scooters to check out the downtown Kelowna area and it was the highlight of our trip! The customer service team was very helpful as well when handling an issue we had. Would definitely recommend their services!

I am beyond happy with the zip teams customer service! They’ve helped me out so much! I’ve had very few issues with these scooters and every time I’ve contacted for help they’ve replied instantly. Such a great team who are extremely kind and positive people. Thank you so much! Whoever it was that I talked to deserved a raise cause he was impeccable.

Amazing service!
Absolutely blown away by the great customer service! Our scooter ride was so fun and when my scooter wouldn’t disconnect at the end, Luke went above and beyond to solve the problem! 10/10 would recommend!

Awesome experience.
Really like this scooter, my little guy loved it, handlebar it’s lower and standing platform is wider, like the lights and safety features. Lights shut off when ride is over you actually no the ride stopped.

Great scooters and excellent service
My daughter and I took out scooters today and had a blast. The service is easy to use and a great addition to Kelowna’s downtown. After having some self inflicted technical difficulties during my first rental, I called the team and Zip and they were able to quickly walk me through my issue.
They sent me a follow up text a few minutes later to make sure I was up and rolling.
It’s a very easy to use and fun service with support available at a moments notice.

Great way to explore
Very fun and nice way to have fun while exploring downtown, Scooters are very affordable and easy to get the hang of if it’s your first time, very good idea!

A convenient way of transport. Wish they would end the ride automatically if connection between your phone and scooter ends.
