Replacement for ZipWhip

Who knows of a another company similar to ZipWhip when it gets shuts down in December? Same features and price. our company has really enjoyed using Zipwhip. all the other companies suggested are over the top. We just want intregation and text. Please help!

Not reliable

This is the least-favorite of my must-have apps, the only one that connects with my Frontier work landline. You would think a communications company would use an app that communicates well - this one does NOT. Texts often won’t send whether there’s a strong WiFi signal or using my data. The laptop version works ok (though ugly to look at) but the iPhone app is terribly unreliable. I often have to wait 10 to 15 seconds to see if the message sent, often to be told it didn’t.

I have found one work around that works maybe 90% of the time - taking a screenshot of the message that won’t send and then sending that. Looks odd to the receiver of the text no doubt but it saves me from sending an email which would totally disrupt the conversation flow. I am hoping they continue to work on improvements to this….I dread using it.

I downloaded this app a couple of months ago and still was unable to login.

Love the app

It does well for me and my team. We us it on the desktop and use the app on the phone. Also does group text that is great! Text show up as the company phone number. So now my team can now call or text the same number. Great for what we need

Be nice to place calls too

When I text, it uses my work phone as the contact. It would be nice when I’m away from the office to also be able to place calls through the app so the caller ID still shows my office number calling rather than having to use my cell number.
