You never speak with anyone. You don’t get your loan immediately. Actually, you never know when you’ll get your loan, because nobody will ever speak with you. Much less contact you. Scam? Maybe? Definitely don’t use this app if you need money immediately. If I could give this a negative -100 I would. Poor poor poor.

Beware of Internal Issues
Please beware of internal issues related to Zirtue’s ability to correctly service loans. Specifically, take available money from your borrower. I made a loan in June. Every month since then Zirtue has failed to service my loan as agreed. Despite the borrower having money in her bank account, Zirtue has failed to take it. First they claimed my borrower was at fault. Then they started an investigation without telling me they were experiencing a known error. They eventually admitted the error was theirs. Despite months of waiting, Zirtue has failed to correct whatever issue they are having internally. Even after I cooperated by adding/removing banking information. They have also stopped responding. I have had to file a government report and arbitration action to attempt to get my funds.

Easier payback
I found this app on a whim! I was looking to find an app to payback my family on a loan automatically. I know I can be forgetful but this made me schedule my payments every month from my bank acct directly to their bank acct. I know I will be using Zirtue again!!

Love Zirtue and all that it helps people to do. It is easy to use and I appreciate how supportive the company is in terms of questions/problems that come up. Definitely would recommend their service!
Garbage App
This app is garbage. It doesn’t even work. Cannot even progress through registering or sign in. Doesn’t respond. Ten different errors codes displayed yet can’t read any. Too many bugs anc poorly made.
Useless
Limited to $1,000 and charges high fees. This is useless. Wasted my time downloading it
Take to long to get the money
I loaned a family member some money through Zirtue and they took the money out of my account the next day. It’s been 4 or 5 days and the money still hasn’t hit their bank account and it no longer takes ACH deposits that long. Plus he contacted his bank and if it was on its way as Zirtue said they would see it but they don’t. That tells me they are holding the money a couple days to make money off it. I could have gotten the money to him that day or early the next but simply because of the ability to set up him paying me back I did it through Zirtue. Never again. Also got offered a gift card to answer some questions about my experience signing up for Zirtue. They said I would get it in a week. Nope , she said she tried to send it but it wouldn’t go to the email I gave her which was the email she was emailing me to tell me that so it definitely works. Plus I got a email from where she said it was going to come from telling me “thank you for your order,” which sounds like I was put as the one who sent the gift card rather than the one who was to receive it. She said a manager would fix it and get it to me so I doubt I will ever see that. They need to seriously check out their systems and not promise people something for their time just to not uphold their end. I am just tired of always getting the run around and shotty customer service. Like I would never and I mean never treat my customers like these reps do now! Last I check the customer was the reason I had a pay check!

I’ve heard a lot about this company and wanted to try it out as I find myself lending money often. Although verification was a little intense, which I completely understand given the fraud, the loan setup was simple and straightforward! Repayment could use some TLC but I think the direction is solid. Keep it up guys!

Still haven’t reciprocated my loan from my sister.
I’m sister sent me a loan on January 11,2023 and it’s still pending it’s ridiculous bc it doesn’t take that long to verify anything. If I could give this app a -10 I would I wouldn’t even recommend this app to anyone. First time using it and mostly would be my last. They took money off her card and they saying they have to verify the back. Such a ripoff app!

An Amazing Lending/Borrowing App on your fingers
So happy that I found this app! I needed a loan to pay my bill and my friend was there to the rescue. Was easy to register, sent the link to my friend, bill paid and set up the payment arrangements with no problems. Lifesaver! We all fall into hardship and many times we become embárreles or even hesitate to admit we need help. This app facilitates you to be able to connect your billing account number and once you’ve sent the link to the person willing to help, simply ask for the amount you’re needing, they’ll approve it and it’ll go directly to the account you need assistance with. I definitely recommend this app for those unable to move around or pick the money due to circumstances. It’s like counting 123!!!

I assumed Zirtue was a pay loan app and thought they would loan me the cash, but I checked out the app and saw it’s a loan to borrow amongst my family and friends.
I was able to send a loan request to a family friend and she was able to download it with ease. Funds were sent and my bill was paid! Definitely looking forward to using it again.
