New pricing ruined it
We used this for a non-profit event every year and pay thousands of dollars for a Zoho One enterprise license. Now that this is decoupled it costs $299/event which is completely unreasonable. Will update review once pricing is fixed and this comes with Zoho One license.

Cannot check in attendees!!
Completely ruined our event yesterday. Can’t rely on Zoho backstage anymore. Erroneous sms and emails to attendees and now a catastrophe at a live event… must find a different solution. Do not put your event in the hands of these developers. They don’t understand this is the kind of app that you can’t experiment on the end user experience and just fix next week if something goes wrong. If something goes wrong in this, it can destroy a business in a single event bug.
