Life is Simple
Before Zoho Expenses my report was pain staking. With Zoho Expense my reports each month are a breeze!!
Robust and versatile but poor support
It seems like a very good app, but simple vital features (that others have) like emailing receipts does not work and phone support calls are to people who don’t know the product. Live chats have 5 minute wait times after every response and support emails are responded to within 1-2 business days. I got this to save time. And so far the opposite is happening.

In the beginning I was skeptical about the app, now I use it for all traveling purposes. 100 % recommended.
I miss Zoho
I currently have to use SAP Concur and I miss Zoho! The way Zoho is set up is so well thought out. The receipt matching with personal credit card line items is impeccable. It’s just perfect. If the User messes anything up, there is a group of administrative helpers that scan and review the submitted report and catch issues, duplications or anomalies, and corrects them before it goes to your supervisor..
Conversely with Concur I spend three days out of the month on weekends on expense reports. With Zoho I don’t spend more than three hours a month on my expense reports and there are never any issues when it goes through for company approval because I have people that are part of Soho that help make sure everything is correct. I miss Zoho 😭

Unable to create account
Continually unable to create an account with my Apple account, with and without VPN. It detects the country just fine but then keeps saying it can’t create. Garbage.
Doesn’t work
As a customer, I told you: receipt scanning doesn’t work on iPhones. And it’s useless to complain with tech support, since they don’t fix anything

The simplest to use app I’ve found to capture expenses to create a monthly report that can be submitted for reimbursement.
Got buggy with last update
Things were good but then an update broke some things. Example I can no longer report bugs with the iOS app. It sends the bug report feedback to my own email address rather than the ZOHO support. I have 11 receipts stuck in “scanning” they have been scanned and added to reports however if I delete them from the scanning queue it deletes them globally even from reports. No way to report this. The web version doesn’t show the receipts being stuck in scanning. iOS bug

Has some features that make it my favorite expense app.
However it consistently fails to upload captured receipts which need to be resubmitted. A fatal flaw which makes it non dependable, and ultimately
unusable. Please let me know if you ever resolve the receipt upload issues and I will gladly return as a customer.
