Great tool at a great price on desktop! For mobile the audio files are not playing well… Been testing for a day and it just shows loading although the same audio file plays in the block section on Learn desktop… Would love to fix this!

Hi, We are glad to hear that you are happy to work with Zoho Learn. Also, we are sorry for the trouble you had to face in our mobile application. While analyzing the logs, we couldn't identify any errors, and we couldn't reproduce the issue at our end. So, it would be very helpful if you could send an email to support@zoholearn.com with some screenshots or screen recordings for us to understand the specific problems in a better way.
Very concerned about managing account features
I am very concerned about the managing account features. There is no privacy lock options available for the app such as setting a passcode on the phone. That would be fine, however if you go to managing account features there’s a big red button that says close account.
As in it deletes the entire Zoho learning account. Way too risky to have this app installed on a mobile device if you can’t secure the app from someone sabotaging your business.

We've implemented the account deletion option as per the App Store guidelines. We will support app locking in our upcoming updates.
