Can’t Login in App
Hello,
I can’t login using my username and password even I am entering the correct one. In the page there is no image and still it’s showing “Image text not entered correctly”.

Disappointing experience
My organisation has a been a user of Zoho CRM since 2010, using this application is a disappointing experience, this application needs working and I feel it’s still in the planning phase.
CUSTOMER CARE :-
The support team has no clarity on the functionality of the application and the representatives just transfers the calls and responsibility like passing the parcel from the zoho people teams to the zoho one team .
APPLICATIONS REVIEW-:
The admin panel only has the option to create users for the application and basic information of the employees IN TIME , OUT TIME , Geotagging and others necessary features of the Zoho People application is missing .
There is no option on actually setting up a face for the recognition of the user and there is no information on which image is used right now for the facial recognition of the employee.
RECOMMENDATION-:
Why isn’t there a OTP based or password based system for the user to punch the timing in for the start of the shift?
While geotagging can be used to determine if the user is actually in the office premise or a notification can be given to the reporting manager when the employee has signed in with his location tag .
( Use case for Sales and service team management)
CONCLUSION :-
The idea is good but lacks clarity in functionality and execution.
This application can be made better and can be improved.
