Difficult using app for after hours tan
I called the number on the app because I was having difficulty using the app for after hours tan. The associate that helped was patient and kind and stayed on the phone with me until it worked. Their service line is wonderful. The 24/7 option is great!!
Can’t complain!!!
If you knew me, then you’d know if I didn’t like something. Lol. I love this app. I love that my Zoom has become a 24/7 facility. The app is easy. My 80 year old mother could use it. That’s the way an app should work. Hope you enjoy it too!!
Way ahead of the game!
I love being able to book my own treatments on the app within seconds! I have the full package with Fitness and it’s a game changer for me!

Excellent
Amazing
Such a clean an awesome place
App closes tan session too quickly!!!!
Only at night-there is apparently an 8min limit to undress, lotion, and prep before starting . The sessions shuts off if its not started in 8min. When restarting the session, it changes rooms and then clients need to rush to get dressed to leave and change rooms and then undress again to start the session. It’s unnecessary as there are so few customers after hours.

24 Hour
I love having access 24 hours! Working full time with kids, this makes it so easy to be able to actually tan during a time that fits my schedule
24 hour accessibility
I love Zoom Tan’s new 24-hour access! I felt completely safe the entire time. It’s especially convenient for people who work and can’t always visit during staffed hours. Since you must wait 24 hours between sessions, your tanning time can get later each day. This makes it so much easier to fit a session into my schedule and still stay tan and toasty!

EASY PEASY!
Loveee using the ZT app! It’s super easy to use and very convenient to tan at times that work for you! Never had any issues using the door unlock or setting my room to tan!!! One of the best things ZT has done : )
Super Convenient
Zoom Tan has been great since I started. Today was a holiday and the location didn’t have any employees but I easily learned how to use the app to get in and use the red light therapy room then on to the tanning booth. It is really great to be able to get in 24/7 and not have to worry if they are open or not. So happy I chose Zoom Tan to get some color before my son’s wedding.
