The app was very simple to use and actually left me feeling reasonably secure with the move in process. Being able to heavily document the initial state of my new home was reassuring. I only wish I had been able to choose “needs attention “ for one item, but the option wasn’t given for anything for some reason.

Quick and easy
This was so easy to do from home.

I loved my experience with zTenant. I have moved many times and the move in check lists have been anything from non existent to way dramatic. Normally with a flimsy stack of papers that you will surely lose in the chaotic time of moving and unpacking. This app was so easy to use and very thorough. Definitely recommend for landlords and anyone that wants a smooth transition for move in.

Ease of purpose
Pretty easy, and thorough. Comes w a link to an instructional video, MAKE SURE TO WATCH THE VIDEO. There are things that seem murky if you do not.
Exceptional app
This app made it really easy for us to run through our rental house and make sure everything is accounted for. It really made sure that any damage that was made to the house before we moved in was quick and easy to add in, but also an app just in general, made it super simple to run through pretty quickly and it did not take up much time.
