Terrible app
Would give 0 if possible. Constant issues and calls dropping, makes for a lot of wasted time at work

It just doesn’t really work reliably
I’ve been using this for a few months now. I’ve gathered that I’m better off to send a carrier pigeon and would probably get more reliable results.
The calls will drop for any reason, in areas with strong WiFi, 5G signal, it doesn’t seem to matter. The app will either crash or the call will just drop for no given reason. Sometimes you’ll get lucky and the app won’t even let you know someone is calling.
I hope someone from this company wakes up and realizes their app is terrible. They need to redo the whole thing and test more.
If you are considering Zultys, stay away for this mobile app is just terrible. UDP, TCP, advanced options, it all just doesn’t improve anything.

Not Worth It
This is app is next to useless. I travel for work on a regular basis. The call quality is scratchy at its best. The app regularly disconnects and requires a re-login. This happens during calls. Even with full cell phone LTE signal the app does not connect or answer calls. The app is just more trouble than it is worth.

Ridiculous
If I sign out of the app, it takes over an hour to sign back in. I have to sign out because regardless what my status is I still get calls. God forbid I try to use WiFi, calls are dropped or the app doesn’t connect. Ridiculous. It’s hard to work from home or the weekends when you never know if the app will work.

Awesome app
Use the app all the time. No need for DND button when I can set my presence to unavailable. I am able to login and out of groups with out an issue. Will say I did notice If on cell network it is important you have a good signal others wise bouncing in and out if LTE could create an issue. 👍👍
The app works great
I install Zultys phone systems frequently. The app works well if the phone system and network are correctly configured.
Awesome App
This app is by far one of the best apps I ha e used so user friendly and do things like log out of groups to not take calls just like the desk phone can’t express the ease of use on this app enough. Thanks Zultys never felt more comfy working from home
Like the Status Symbols
Working remotely I can answer and transfer calls to co-workers I see who are available from their status.
Great mobile app
I’ve used several of these smartphone VoIP apps over the years and I’m very impressed with this one. It’s very similar to their desktop app and works better than any other mobile app I’ve ever seen. They deserve 5 stars.
Stay connected
This app is great for allowing me to step away from my desk yet still stay connected...great for remote working!!!
Great App
App gives me access to all of the features I have on my phone and computer at the office. I can make and answer business calls without ever compromising my personal cell phone number! I can even log into call groups remotely. Love it!

The service is horrible I went all day without getting a call. Restarted the app several times and nothing. Not understand why this keeps happen in 2020
What is happening?
I can be on a call and the the call just disconnects. I work for an billing office. At times I use the app to make calls. I can be on a call and the app just crashes and the call is disconnected. Sometimes it takes hours of hold time to get in touch with certain companies. Please fix it.
Cannot use off company WiFi
When on company WiFi works good off company WiFi cannot answer calls it drops them almost every time.
Needs more updating
My phone will stop ringing, even though an incoming call is still there. The app will drop calls when I’m talking to people.

No communication
Works sometimes and not others, sporadically for users. I have been unable to hear callers today and they have not been able to hear me. Worked fine for days, now this. Some people don’t experience this issue at all. Very inconsistent.
