It builds on existing resources such as our website (www.svec.coop) and our social media channels, including Facebook and Twitter. During extreme weather or emergency situations, this app also offers another way to contact us and monitor the area’s outage map. Remember, you are more than a customer of Shenandoah Valley Electric Cooperative. You are a member-owner. Use the app to quickly check the status of events, facilities, and services of organizations that use the Statusfy or Rainout Line services to publish their status information for patrons. Use the "Show All Near Me" button to see see the status information in your vicinity, or use a search term to search by keyword. Enable the star icon for any status extension you want to favorite for repeat viewing, and/or enable the bell icon to enable notifications when the status for an extension changes.
