Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is review sentiment: AutoSleep at 80% against Mindfulness's 34%. AutoSleep also leads on rating (4.7 vs 3.7) and ratings volume (62K vs 95). Mindfulness's advantage is price (Free vs $9.99). On ads, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
