HID Reader Manager streamlines management of compatible HID Signo, iCLASS SE® and multiCLASS SE readers in the field. Administrators can easily adjust configuration settings, upgrade firmware, inspect and export current reader status, and upgrade compatible readers to support Bluetooth and/or OSDP. -Bluetooth is used to communicate with the reader hardware. If Bluetooth is not enabled communication to readers will not function. -Calendar is used to log the error/information.  If Calendar is not enabled logging will not function. -Location is used to obtain the location of the Reader for administration purpose and improving user experience.  If Location is not enabled communication to readers will not function.

Full Control CompleteView Mobile provides the power to view video at the preferred frame rate and video quality levels on each video stream. The application also includes powerful PTZ camera controls. Users can stretch, pinch, and drag to manipulate PTZ cameras. PTZ presets, including PTZ speed, can be set and named via the application. Various scrub bar controls and adjustable playback speeds are available when viewing pre-recorded video. The CompleteView Mobile application allows users to take snapshots and email them off in addition to supporting clip exports. The Details You Need The CompleteView app has robust search capabilities to help find the relevant video recording. Quickly search for any system component such as a View, Map, Camera, or Server with built-in search. When browsing through recorded video, list-based and date/time based searches are available to quickly narrow down to the relevant video segment. Lastly, the app supports overlays, quick review, and timeline review to further ensure that users have all the required tools at their fingertips. System Requirements: The application supports devices running iOS 13.0 or higher. CompleteView Management and Recording servers are required in order to use the application.
