Finish whenever you need to; reaching your target does not automatically end your fast. YOUR PROGRESS AT A GLANCE See elapsed time, time remaining and your planned finish time. Set an optional completion reminder. Follow your fast with Home Screen widgets, Live Activities and Dynamic Island on supported iPhones. APPLE WATCH AND SIRI Start and finish a fast from your Apple Watch. Your session syncs with your paired iPhone when connectivity is available. Tap the watch dial to open its controls. Use Siri and Shortcuts to manage your fast, ask about time and history, or change the timer display. You can also choose your next plan through a shortcut while your current fast continues. Siri availability depends on language, device and system settings. A HISTORY THAT MAKES SENSE Review completed fasts, average duration, your longest fast and weekly or monthly patterns.
