Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: FAB Mobile at free against OnePay's free with in-app purchases. FAB Mobile also leads on device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.4). OnePay's advantage is rating (4.9 vs 4.6) and ratings volume (443K vs 9K). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
