There’s so much I can say for this app and not for their better but how miserable I’ve been trying to recover funds unauthorized but these workers have yet to rectify this issue and has been giving me the run around. Was given the standard $25 advance then one day it went to $75. So I borrowed it and 2 weeks later I payed it back. Then the option for the advance and overdraft were taken away. Leaving -$100.

I love this app more than anything but I wish there was a savings tab of its own and it not show in your normal account. Some folks may like it but for people like me it’s best out of sight out of mind kind of thing till I truthfully need it.

Signed up for the app using spark got paid only for them to tell me unusual activity on deposit. Now I’m stuck with no gas and this is my first time using them.

I sent money to one pay card I paid for instant deposit through my daily pay and my money didn’t deposit it put a hold on it. I need my money now.
