The best banking experience, hands down.
The OnePay banking app is dope. I replaced all my accounts from inferior banks with this app, and I'll not be going back. Fee free checking, money advances, credit improving loans, free savings account, rounding up my change to invest in the stock market, credit monitoring, monthly cash back opportunities, referral rewards, gas savings, and much more. It's a no brainer.

“Get what you don’t pay for”
I cannot recommend the OnePay app based on my experience. The biggest issues were both the quality of customer support and serious concerns about the accuracy of my account statements.
When I reached out for help, customer support was slow, unhelpful, and failed to provide clear answers or meaningful resolution.
Instead of addressing my concerns, I felt like I was being passed around without anyone taking responsibility.
Even more concerning were changes to my statements that I did not expect or understand. When I asked for an explanation, I did not receive a satisfactory response. Financial statements should be accurate, transparent, and easy to verify. When they appear to change without a clear explanation, it undermines trust in the service.
I would also caution anyone considering using the app's instant transfer feature from an externally linked bank account. Based on my experience, I would avoid using it until you're confident you understand exactly how transactions and statements will be reflected and documented.
I'm sharing this review to warn other customers to closely monitor their account activity, save copies of their statements, and verify every transaction. Until OnePay significantly improves its customer support and transparency regarding account statements, I cannot recommend this service.

Don’t be fooled. The math ain’t math’n !
Don’t be fooled by this app I have receipts. I was cheated out of 2 boost’s by spending my own money. And never received my rewards. Filing a dispute means nothing because I’ve done that and the same problem happened again. Customer service will hang up on you bye the way so no I hate I even signed up!!

Great app allows you to do all your banking in one place round offs and weekly deposits and stocks make it easy to save and make money I do wish it allowed me to put on Apple Pay and Sportsbook app

App tries to do too many things at once and is too busy! Sections are too small and older people have trouble finding what they need and accomplishing what they need to do!

Missing basic features
Every banking and credit card app I use provides a running balance in the transaction view, except this one.
False advertisement
Currently they have a one dollar per gallon offer back if you go in to the advertisement, select the station, and go there within four hours on a Wednesday. So far, they’ve not done it one time for me. I guess I should take that back,after spending several hours in the chat function, they gave me a “courtesy“ amount for the first time it said station. By the way; their AI penny is totally worthless. When I first started trying to solve this situation; Penny informed me there was no such promotion. I had to get a live person, of course. There is no phone number for you to do anything one on one. By the time you get a response on the chat, your phone is shut off. I do like the other features, but I resent this.
