To get your $50. Sing on bonus you must have a direct deposit from your employer. I don’t have this possibility so I’m out of luck. It’s just misleading. I wouldn’t have signed up for this if I’d had known

It’s a good app all but the cash advance does not need to be sent to auto repay. It needs to be sent to where you can pick the amount that you wanna pay because I used to pay so I could try to buy food because I haven’t eaten today and thanks to the event it took all of it.

i love everything about one pay!!! in general easy to use but hard to remember where everything at but its ok! youll get used to it
Fix your app
I’ve tried 5 times to put the money I’ve made with spark in my banking account and every time I keep receiving an error message. Please fix your app because this is beyond frustrating and ridiculous
BAD app, WORSE customer service.
I downloaded and banked with this app because it seemed like a great bank based on the reviews. I went to get gas and wasn’t able to use my OnePay card, so I had to cancel the transaction. 4 days later the hold was still on my account. Okay. I called the gas station’s corporate and they said they had released the funds on THEIR end. Mind you, this is almost a $100 hold. THEN I contact OnePay support. They tell me they want me to wait 7 days to get my money back. I need this money in order to pay for my credit cards and a ticket, but they won’t release the funds. No funds should be held for 7+ days it’s complete BS.

Piece of trash.
This app is constantly messing up and it wouldn't even let me do an instant transfer to an external bank account. It stays stuck on the loading screen and nothing happens.

Needs Zelle to make it perfect
Love this app and the banking. It’s been really impressive so far. Never planned on making it my main account but it’s certainly leaning that way. The only thing it needs to fully complete and take it to the next level is with the addition of Zelle. This banking app needs it! Yes it has its own version but it has such limitations. Bring on Zelle and make this the best banking app on the market!!!

Maybe a warning would be nice
I was loving this app, but it also has some issues. I used the advance feature to borrow 50$ the other day, and I wanted to buy some groceries now. I pulled out a cash advance of 50$ to buy groceries, and my negative cash advance balance ate all the money, which makes sense, but you could easily have a pop up that warns you that all the money you’re about to waste an early pay to get is going to disappear back into your negative advance balance. I wasted an early pay for basically nothing, as if I would’ve known i would’ve just waited until I got paid anyway in a day or 2

I am not negative or anything in this account and they closed and restricted my account for no reason I keep my account active and in good standings and that’s what they do then I contact the chat help desk and Mohammed tells me to put one star for great five stars for satisfied trying to trick me instead of addressing my concern I took a screen shot of this as well ! This is horrible and inconvenient

The worst Company to bank with
I was with one pay over 2yrs and this week one pay decided to close my account saying that it has unusual activity on it when nothing changed. They close my account and blocked me from using my own money. Be careful with this company because they left me stranded without nothing.
