AWFUL. terrible communication, have no clue what they are doing. you may have missing money out your account also and if you say anything they end the conversation…… you can’t call them to talk to them because you can’t understand them and neither can they understand you, i contacted them multiple times about this same situation and i’ve been gaslighting multiple times. pick another bank.

That new card though I have to wait command use funds and I need money today so well I’ll still be able to draw $1000 off my card you counted towards that new card coming in and how do we do that I’ll do what you wanna do you know yeah I’ll take his card. I can pull 1000 off my card. I got today and I got taken back and all this extra money. I might be making a picture. I just keep money loaded on whatever card I’m working with and go ahead and order that reward card if I can still get it if there’s a problem, don’t worry about that. Make it easy when you say I’m just trying to stay in business with you thank you.

What a great card. Not only do you get cash back at Walmart you can get paid up to 2 days sooner, get paid instantly for doing Walmart Spark orders and they have discounts and cash back set up all over town. They even have a budget friendly mobile phone plan that uses AT&T towers. Not all prepaid debit cards are created equal. This is a top tier card.

It’s going on month 4 now that I still can’t access the @work feature customer service is still giving me the same script that they are working around the clock to resolve this issue this whole situation is ridiculous

Worst bank app ever
Bought a debit reloadable card from a walmart went to activate it had issues then contacted them made one purchase of 80 dollars out of 120 i put in so 40 schould be left wnd it wont let me use it anyway or anywhere never using them again
