I got my account blocked and registered the case. I was following every instructions and providing every documents they asked. Called several times to customer support and visited branch several times but still they didn’t assist me in resolving the matter. The team member are very rude and irresponsible to the customer.

Service Letters Don’t Download & Chat Client
Issued 4 service letters and each time I had to go collect from the branch. 3 of these Ietters just did not download; I clicked and I get a blank page. One time, the letter was available in the branch but did not appear as ready in the app.
The chat client is useless as a service client. There’s no intelligence in it whatsoever. It is simply a tree list.
