Service Letters Don’t Download & Chat Client
Issued 4 service letters and each time I had to go collect from the branch. 3 of these Ietters just did not download; I clicked and I get a blank page. One time, the letter was available in the branch but did not appear as ready in the app.
The chat client is useless as a service client. There’s no intelligence in it whatsoever. It is simply a tree list.

App has gotten slow
When trying to access app, it has started to lag on the screen before it gets to login.
It also gets slow and looses internet connection when trying to do activities in the app. This has been happening for over a month now.
I even installed and reinstalled the app.

The I Save account never shows what rate of interest I am getting. Looks like it’s deliberately opaque. And I get a feeling I have to update the App whenever I open the App, which is really annoying since it will always take time to get the simplest things done.

Old fashioned app lacks connectivity
No help chat with live agent, messaging system is not thorough or accurate (they claim to have resolved problems before beginning to address them), contact is only by telephone (not great when travelling), estatements are only available in pdf format which is not helpful for accounting. And the app is terrible on desktop, manageable only on phone.
