Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: UseePlus at 2.3 against Akaso Car's 1.8. UseePlus also leads on review sentiment (25% vs 14%) and ratings volume (329 vs 45). Akaso Car's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 11.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
