Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Dell Audio at 3.7 against NinjaOne Mobile's 2.6. NinjaOne Mobile's advantage is review sentiment (22% vs 13%) and ratings volume (73 vs 23). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Dell Audio holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 2.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 73 and 23 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 22% of NinjaOne Mobile's written reviews are positive against 13% of Dell Audio's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
