Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Consol Tanning at 5.0 against BH Live Active's 4.4. Consol Tanning also leads on review sentiment (68% vs 31%) and iOS requirement (12.2 vs 15.0). BH Live Active's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (12 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
