- My partners scooter was fast and mine wasn’t
- Tried to find a button. To alert faulty scooter and swap for different one- there isn’t
- Had to pay €2+ time spent on partner scooter to swap
- The second scooter was also faulty so has to swap back on to first scooter- another €2
- Now spent at least $6 on swapping FAULTY scooters and there is no refund button
