About

Saner

Features

Change how you think. Change how you feel. Saner guides you through Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) — one of the most evidence-based approaches in cognitive psychology. At its core is a simple insight: your feelings don't come from events. They come from the beliefs you hold about those events. Saner helps you find those beliefs, challenge them, and replace them with healthier ones. THE ABCDE METHOD Work through a structured five-step exercise whenever difficult emotions arise: • A — Identify the activating event • B — Uncover the belief driving your reaction • C — Recognise the emotional consequences • D — Dispute the irrational belief with logic, evidence, and pragmatism • E — Build a new, effective rational belief TRACK YOUR PROGRESS Your journal captures every session. See patterns in your thinking over time — which belief types come up most, how your emotional intensity shifts, and how many consecutive days you've practised. LEARN REBT Built-in articles explain the foundations of REBT, the four core irrational belief types, and how to apply the model in real life. RATIONAL EMOTIVE IMAGERY A guided visualisation tool to rehearse healthy emotional responses before stressful situations arise. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything stays on your device by default. Optional iCloud sync uses your personal iCloud account — no account required, no data shared with anyone. --- This app is a self-help tool and is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment.
