Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: Interval Timer at 4.7 against TempoReps's 4.0. Interval Timer also leads on ratings volume (3.5K vs 4) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). TempoReps's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 4 weeks) and monetization model (paid vs subscription). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
