Liftosaur is the most customizable weightlifting app and strength training tracker and planner. # Automate Your Strength Training Build your own progressive overload programs or start with proven routines like GZCLP, 5/3/1, or Basic Beginner Routine. Track every workout, visualize your progress, and fully automate your training — all in one smart fitness app. Stop guessing your next weight. Liftosaur automatically increases or decreases your weights and reps based on the logic you define. It allows to implement any possible progressive overload logic, so you can focus on lifting while the app handles the math. Liftosaur introduces Liftoscript — a simple text language for building workouts like code. Define exercises, sets, and logic once right in text, and the app updates it automatically after each session. Example: ``` # Week 1 ## Day 1 Bent Over Row / 2x5, 1x5+ / 95lb / progress: lp(2.5lb) Bench Press / 2x5, 1x5+ / 45lb / progress: lp(2.5lb) Squat / 2x5, 1x5+ / 45lb / progress: lp(5lb) ## Day 2 Chin Up / 2x5, 1x5+ / 0lb / progress: lp(2.5lb) Overhead Press / 2x5, 1x5+ / 45lb / progress: lp(2.5lb) Deadlift / 2x5, 1x5+ / 95lb / progress: lp(5lb) ``` This makes Liftosaur the only scriptable workout app — perfect for lifters who love structure, logic, and data. # Popular Programs Included Liftosaur comes with pre-built lifting programs and templates from the strength community: • All GZCL programs: GZCLP, P-Zero, The Rippler, VHF, VDIP, General Gainz, etc • 5/3/1 and its variations • Basic Beginner Routine from r/Fitness • Strong Curves • And many more! Every program is written in Liftoscript, so you can customize every detail — sets, reps, progression rules, and deloads. # Track Everything Liftosaur isn’t just a gym tracker — it’s your complete workout planner and data companion. • Rest timers & plate calculator • Body weight and measurement tracking • Graphs for exercises and progress over time • Equipment rounding & exercise substitutions • Cloud backup and cross-device sync • Web Editor for faster program creation on desktop # Made for Powerlifters and Beginners Alike Whether you’re starting your first strength program or fine-tuning an advanced powerlifting routine, Liftosaur adapts to your style. It’s a lifting program builder, progress tracker, and gym log app — all working together to make you stronger. Weightlifting is a long game, and if you're serious about lifting, building strength and sculpting your body, Liftosaur would be a great partner in your journey. LiftTrack is your training home for Claude and ChatGPT. Keep your strength program, workout log and progress together, from planning the first week to reviewing the last. Train on your phone or a compatible Garmin watch. BUILD A COMPLETE TRAINING BLOCK Tell Claude or ChatGPT your goals, available equipment and training schedule. Plan several weeks of workouts, decide how volume and intensity should change, and make room for lighter weeks. Ask, "Build a six-week squat program with three lifting days a week." Your AI can use your saved programs, training history and training maxes to shape the plan, then save it directly to LiftTrack. Your program includes the details you need to train: exercises, sets, reps, weights, rest times and progression rules. PUT PROGRESSION INTO THE PLAN Give each lift a clear next step. Build LiftTrack's progression rules into your program with Claude or ChatGPT, or set them up yourself. Add weight when you hit your rep targets. Or work from 8 to 12 reps, then increase the weight and start again at 8. Choose your increments and targets, and let LiftTrack apply the rules as you complete your sessions. Use training maxes to set percentage-based loads, with warmups, supersets and RPE targets to structure each workout. REVIEW YOUR TRAINING LOAD AND ADAPT Give your next planning conversation the context of what you actually did. • Compare weekly sets per muscle group with your four-week average • See which movement patterns you trained and which you missed • Review exercise history, strength trends and personal records • Check your saved program and upcoming workouts Ask, "Review my last four weeks. How should we adjust the next block?" Work with Claude or ChatGPT to change upcoming workouts as your performance, goals or availability change. Your AI makes changes when you ask. TRACK ON YOUR PHONE Follow your workout and log sets, reps and weights as you train. Use rest timers with audio alerts, and return to your saved session after minimizing it. Your completed sessions become part of the history Claude or ChatGPT can review. No watch required. TRAIN WITH GARMIN Send planned workouts to Garmin Connect and follow them using your compatible Garmin watch's native strength activity. Completed watch workouts sync back to LiftTrack, ready for progress tracking and your next AI review. Phone-recorded workouts stay in LiftTrack and do not export to Garmin Connect.
