Optimal Plumbing is a small plumbing business working across the Bronx, Manhattan and Queens. This app puts the whole office in your pocket. FOR CUSTOMERS • Book a visit: pick a day and an arrival window, tell us what is going on, and we confirm by phone. • Approve a quote: read it line by line, sign with your name, and we schedule the work. • Pay an invoice: card or bank payment on a secure form, with a receipt straight away. • Your account: every job at your property, every quote and invoice, in one place. • Chat with us: a message from the app reaches the office phones during business hours. WHAT WE DO Residential and commercial plumbing repair, water heaters, leak detection, fixture installation and drain snaking. Estimates for planned work are free. We keep regular business hours; we are not a 24-hour service. FOR OUR STAFF Sign in to the same app to see the schedule, jobs, customers, quotes and invoices, attach photos from the field, and get a notification the moment a customer books, approves a quote, pays, or sends a message. The app is the website, optimalplumb.com, made to feel at home on a phone — no separate account, nothing to keep in sync.
