This is our new Gubagoo app, helping to keep you connected with your customers on the go. This version of the app provides an enhanced chat experience, but does not yet have all of the features of the legacy version. Just like in GLive, you will be notified of chats, you can monitor conversations in real time, and ResQ those chats - from anywhere! The original version of the app is still available in the app store, and has our full mobile feature set, including Virtual Retailing connectivity, dashboards, and reporting.
