Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: SimpledCard at free against ING Netherlands's free with in-app purchases. SimpledCard also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). ING Netherlands's advantage is ratings volume (4.9K vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
