Interoception Activity Tracker (IAT) is a private wellness and self-awareness companion designed to help you notice what is happening inside your body, record what you experience, and reflect on patterns over time. NOTICE Use structured body check-ins and an interactive front-and-back Body Map to capture where you notice sensations and how they feel. RECORD Save body observations alongside mood, food, hydration, notes, and everyday context. Talk Check-In also lets you speak or type what you are noticing, review a structured draft, make corrections, and choose exactly what gets saved. REGULATE Use guided breathing sessions when you want a quiet moment to slow down, reset, or refocus. Adjust breathing timing and keep a history of completed sessions. REFLECT Review Insights based on your own recorded history, explore patterns across time, and use the Reflection Center for daily, weekly, and monthly views. On supported Apple devices, optional on-device Apple Foundation Models can help create private reflections from structured journal information. YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL IAT keeps its primary journal data on your device. When iCloud sync is available, supported records can synchronize through your private Apple CloudKit database tied to your Apple Account. Diaclastic Studios does not operate a separate journal-data backend, sell IAT wellness records, or use your journal content for advertising. You can also: • Export journal data as CSV • Create PDF summaries • Make a full IAT backup for import or recovery • Protect the app with Face ID, Touch ID, or device authentication where available • Use supported Siri and App Shortcut actions to start common workflows more quickly INTEROCEPTION PRO IAT is a free download. Normal product use requires an Interoception Pro subscription. Monthly and yearly plans unlock the same complete app experience. Eligible users may receive a 14-day introductory trial through Apple. Pricing, availability, and trial eligibility are confirmed by the App Store at purchase. IAT is a wellness and self-awareness tool.
