LOOK UP!! vs Nudge

Your Personal Neck Posture Monitor Are you constantly looking down at your phone or tablet? That "tech neck" position could be causing more harm than you realize. LOOK UP!! helps you maintain proper neck posture while using mobile devices, preventing pain and long-term damage. When you tilt your head down to use your phone, the effective weight on your neck increases dramatically - up to 60 pounds at a 60-degree angle! This puts enormous strain on your neck muscles and spine, potentially leading to chronic pain, headaches, poor posture, and reduced mobility over time. LOOK UP!! uses your device's built-in motion sensors to track your neck angle in real-time, alerting you when you've been looking down for too long. Key Features Real-Time Posture Monitoring Tracks your device angle continuously Shows your current neck angle with a dynamic visualization Visual indicators show when your posture needs correction Color-coded feedback for at-a-glance posture assessment Smart Notification System Timely alerts when you've been in poor posture too long Quick alerts for brief periods of poor posture Extended warnings for prolonged poor positioning Actionable notifications with quick-access to helpful stretches Customizable Pause Timer Need to look down for a specific task? When you hold your device at lower angles for extended periods, the app tracks this poor posture and sends notifications to remind you to adjust. The app provides real-time visual feedback on your current neck angle, helping you develop better habits over time. Protect your neck health today with LOOK UP!! - the smart posture monitor that helps you maintain proper alignment while using your mobile devices. Your neck will thank you!
