Build muscle and get stronger with a customized workout plan. Forge is a personal trainer that builds every strength training session around you: your fitness goals, your schedule, your experience, your equipment, your injuries. Home workouts or gym days, the plan fits the equipment in front of you and adapts every week as you progress. Ask your coach anything, any time. Form checks mid-set. The 7am question about training on five hours of sleep. Answers come back in seconds, from a coach that remembers everything you tell it. Other apps ignore questions or email back a day later. A human trainer charges $75-150 an hour. A year of Forge costs less than that. Every rep gets logged, every PR recorded. Whether you train to build muscle or lose weight, watch your progress climb with strength trends for every lift and a body weight chart, all on a dashboard you can customize. Every exercise comes with step-by-step instructions and a visual demo. Download Forge today and start your free 7-day trial. Slept 5 hours. Should I still lift today?" Your coach: "Yes, lighter though. I cut today's volume by a third and moved the heavy squats to Saturday." PICK YOUR COACH The same advice lands differently depending on who says it. Choose yours: • Stone: ex-military. Tough love, zero excuses. • Maya: patient and supportive. Celebrates every win, especially the small ones. • Mike: your gym buddy. Keeps training fun so you keep showing up. • Reese: data-driven, technique-obsessed. All business, all progress. WHAT LIFTERS SAY "Before I was lost in the gym, wandering around picking up weights and working on machines that I thought were correct. Now I have a real plan that adapts to my goals and my time." "Does a great job at giving me new workouts and reminding me of last weeks progress. Letting me know how my progression is going." "I used to waste so much time wandering around the gym wondering what to do next, but this app completely eliminates that decision fatigue." Forge is a strength training, nutrition, and body composition tracker built for people who want to log their training without paying a monthly fee, signing up for an account, or handing their data to a server. Everything you log lives in a local database on your phone. There is no cloud. There is no sync. There are no ads, no analytics, and nothing to subscribe to. One purchase. That's it. TRAINING Build custom splits with any number of training days. Log sets with automatic rest timers (1, 3, 5, or custom minutes). Tap any set to see exactly which plates go on the bar, per side — 45, 35, 25, and 15 lb bars, with a warning when a weight isn't loadable with standard plates. Every working set is scored against your previous best with an estimated 1RM, and PRs are flagged on the spot. Warmup ramps fill in with one tap and stay out of your working-set volume. Also includes drop sets, supersets, bodyweight tracking, a catch-up queue for missed sessions, and a session timer that starts on your first completed set — not when you open the app. WEEKLY VOLUME A live count of working sets per muscle group, each with an evidence-based target range. Bars show under-, in-, and over-range at a glance, so you can spot the under-trained area before the week is over. NUTRITION Derives daily calorie and macro targets from body composition using Katch-McArdle BMR or Mifflin-St Jeor formulas. Includes barcode scanner via Open Food Facts, macro calculator, daily macro rings, and 14-day trend charts. BODY Tracks weight, body fat %, lean mass, circumferences (shoulders, waist, arms, chest, quads), week-over-week deltas, and 8-week trend charts with goal progress bars. REST DAYS Rest days aren't blank. Forge offers guided stretch and mobility holds, scoped to the muscle groups you trained in the last few days. APPLE HEALTH (OPTIONAL, READ-ONLY) Pulls duration, average heart rate, and active calories from Apple Watch workouts. ONE-TAP CSV EXPORT Exports measurements, food log, and set history as plain CSV files. WHAT FORGE WILL NEVER DO • Ask you to create an account • Collect your email • Send your data to a server • Show you ads • Charge you a subscription • Track you across apps
