About

Phasely

Features

Phasely is a fasting app built for women's bodies — not a generic fasting tracker with pink branding. Most fasting apps treat every day the same. But your hormonal cycle changes everything: how you respond to fasting, what your body needs, when to push and when to rest. Phasely adapts fasting windows to your current phase — shorter in the late luteal phase when cortisol is sensitive, longer when estrogen and energy are climbing. — FREE AT LAUNCH — The entire app is free. Track your cycle, see your phase, use the timer, log meal photos, and chat with the AI coach. A premium tier with unlimited coach queries is planned for a future release. — FEATURES — CYCLE-AWARE FASTING Personalized fasting window suggestions for each of your 5 phases: Reset (menstruation), Build (follicular), Peak (ovulation), Sustain (early luteal), and Soften (late luteal). No more pushing 16-hour fasts when your body needs an earlier breakfast. AI COACH GROUNDED IN REAL RESEARCH Ask anything — about fasting, hormones, energy, training, hunger, mood. The coach draws from peer-reviewed research and 6 expert camps including Dr. Stacy Sims, Dr. Mindy Pelz, Dr. Aviva Romm, Alisa Vitti, Dr. Jen Gunter, and Dr. Mary Claire Haver. Every answer cites its source. Free version includes 10 coach queries. PHASE-AWARE TIMER Recommended fasting windows pre-fill based on your current phase. Track active fasts. See progress at a glance. MEAL PHOTO INSIGHTS Snap a photo of what you're eating. Phasely identifies the foods, checks for inflammation markers, and ties insights back to your current phase. CYCLE TRACKING Log periods, see your phase forecast, and understand hormone curves through each part of the month. Visualize where you are now and what's coming. HEALTHKIT INTEGRATION Sync menstrual flow data with Apple Health for unified tracking. Never enter your period twice. GROUNDED, NOT GUESSED Phasely's recommendations come from 160+ peer-reviewed studies and clinical guidance from women's health specialists. Where experts disagree, Phasely shows you the camps and lets you decide. — BUILT WITH CARE — PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your data stays yours. Export everything anytime. Delete your account and all data permanently with one tap. Apple Health data never leaves your device unless you choose to sync it. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE Phasely is educational. We surface research and frameworks but don't diagnose, prescribe, or replace your doctor. If something feels off, see a professional. NO ADS, NO TRACKING No third-party advertisers. No selling your data. No newsletter spam. Just the app. — WHO IT'S FOR — Phasely is designed for women aged 18+ who are cycling, perimenopausal, or postmenopausal. Whether you're new to fasting or experienced and ready to make it cycle-aware, Phasely meets you where you are. It is NOT appropriate for: anyone with current or past eating disorders, pregnant or nursing women, those with type 1 diabetes, anyone underweight, or anyone whose doctor has advised against fasting. The app screens for these during onboarding. — FROM THE FOUNDER — I built Phasely because I couldn't find a fasting app that treated women's bodies seriously. Every tool I tried was either a generic tracker with pink colors or a one-size-fits-all protocol that ignored my cycle entirely. Phasely is the app I wanted — grounded in real research, respectful of how women's hormones actually work, designed to support not control. — PRIVACY & SUPPORT — Privacy Policy: https://phasely.today/privacy Terms of Service: https://phasely.today/terms Medical Disclaimer: https://phasely.today/medical-disclaimer AI Safety Policy: https://phasely.today/ai-safety Support: hello@phasely.today Built in Zürich.
