TRAK builds your training program, logs what you eat, shows you how recovered you are, and turns every session into progress you can see. AI-BUILT WORKOUTS Tell TRAK your goal, your schedule and what you have to train with. It builds a program around your real numbers and adjusts as you go. Change the days you train, swap an exercise from the live card, or ask for a different split in plain words, and your progress comes with you. THE JOURNEY Every workout, meal and scan moves you along a path through 12 illustrated worlds, from Foundation to the castle at the Ultimate Summit. Finish a world to earn a new TRAKY and that world's finish, then wear it on your profile. LOG SETS THAT COUNT Every set is scored against your history. Weight suggestions come with the reasoning, PRs are called the moment you hit them, and a stated max is treated as a ceiling, never a target. FOOD, THE FAST WAY Snap a photo, scan a barcode, say it out loud, or type "3 eggs and toast." TRAK resolves it against a real food database, shows how confident it is in every entry, and matches chain restaurant orders to their own menus. Your targets come from your own data and adapt as your weight changes, and you can look back week by week. YOUR RECOVERY MAP A two-sided muscle map fills in from the sets you log, so you can see what is loaded, what is ready, and what to train next. BODY SCAN, HANDS FREE Prop up your phone and TRAK frames you, takes each pose on its own and talks you through it, then tracks how your muscles develop from scan to scan. RUNS, WALKS AND EVERYTHING ELSE Cardio, HIIT, mobility, walking and sport days live in the same program as your lifts, with calories burned measured first and estimated only when they have to be. LEVELS, BADGES AND YOUR PROFILE Earn XP and level up from the training you already do. Every badge has its own medallion, and your Profile keeps your progress, collection, analytics and friends in one place. SEE THE TREND Strength progression, a PR timeline, body recomposition, and a training consistency heatmap, all built from your own logs. TRAIN WITH FRIENDS, OR EVERYONE Every workout your friends finish lands in your feed as a live muscle map. Switch to Everyone to see posts from people across TRAK aged 18 and over, and choose who sees each of your own posts. Mention a friend with @, react with a Trakkie, compete on friends-only leaderboards, call out a challenge, and get a weekly rivalry recap against the friend closest to your numbers. Adding friends and earning badges are free. TRAK PRO AI-built programs, weight suggestions, the recovery map, body scans, Journey worlds 2 to 12, the Friends and Everyone feeds, leaderboards, challenges, chat and shared programs. On Program is a personal strength-training app that actually adapts to you. Answer a short setup and it builds a custom program around your goal, experience, equipment, and any injuries, then rebuilds it every week from how you really trained. No spreadsheets, no guesswork. TRAINS LIKE A REAL COACH - Your plan adjusts weekly using RPE (how hard your last set felt), so the weight is always right for you. - First week is a "baseline" — pick weights by feel and the app dials in your real numbers from there. - Beat your reps at an easy RPE and it adds weight automatically. Struggle, and it holds steady. LOG IN SECONDS - Do your sets, then log just the last one. That's it. - Built-in rest timer, plate calculator, and how-to cues for every lift. - Swap any exercise you don't like or can't do. A COACH IN YOUR POCKET - Ask anything, form, nutrition, motivation, why your plan looks the way it does. - Tell it "make my workouts shorter" or "4 sets instead of 5" and it actually changes your program. BRING YOUR OWN PLAN - Already have a plan from a coach? Paste it, snap a photo, or upload a PDF and On Program will run it for you. STAY MOTIVATED - Streaks, levels, and badges that reward showing up. - Track your estimated 1RM, weekly volume, and every personal record. - Add friends, race streaks, and keep each other on program. The only rule: stay on program. Download it, log your first session, and let it build around you. On Program provides general fitness guidance and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting any new exercise program. Subscription: On Program Pro unlocks the full app — Monthly $14.99/month or Annual $69.99/year, with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.
