Use Apple’s Screen Time to put your apps out of reach for 5 minutes to 4 hours. - Settle the body. A minute of paced breathing, four seconds in and six out. - Crowd out the picture. Three minutes of a visual puzzle. Urges tend to arrive as pictures of what you want, and a visual task occupies the same mental space. - Loosen the link. Under two minutes of noticing where the urge sits in your body and staying with it. The aim is a gap between having an urge and acting on it. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no notifications, no advertising identifier, no analytics, crash reporting, or usage telemetry. Once unlocked, sessions work offline.
