Repfolio is a workout log for people who train at the gym. From your records, it shows where your strength stands now and what to do next. ■ See your current strength on a graph ・Automatically calculates e1RM (estimated one-rep max) from your sets ・Track e1RM, heaviest weight, and total volume for each exercise on graphs ■ Workout suggestions backed by scientific evidence ・Non-linear periodization: chooses a volume day, heavy day, or recovery day based on your last session ・Progressive overload: once every main set reaches the top of your rep range, the next session moves up a weight; until then, reps go up one at a time ・Check the calculation methods and the studies behind them in the app at any time ■ RIR recorded as standard ・After each set, just tap how many more reps you had left (RIR) ・Based on how much you had left, the app suggests the weight, reps, and rest for your next set. You decide whether to use it ■ Review everything you have built up ・Total training days, total weight lifted, and a calendar ・Look back at your past records at any time ■ Ai builds your habit with a psychology-based approach ・After training, review today's results and your next session with Ai, your training companion ・When you set a personal best, Ai celebrates with you ■ Apple Health (optional) ・Read your body weight from Apple Health, for bodyweight exercises and suggestions ・Nothing is written to Health, and the weight is never used for ads or analytics ■ Your records, protected ・Completed workouts are also saved on our server ・Sign in with Apple (optional) to take your records with you when you change devices ・Delete your account and data from within the app at any time Every feature is free. About

Power Memo

Power Memo is a workout log built the way lifters actually train — in cycles. Set your split up once: which muscle groups on which day, how long the cycle runs, how many times it repeats. From then on every training day is laid out ahead of you. Open the app at the gym and today's routine is already waiting. BUILD YOUR SPLIT • Assign muscle groups to each day and let the cycle rotate on its own • Three ways in: set a simple weekly frequency, design a day-by-day split, or count down to a contest date • 400 preset exercises to choose from, plus anything you name yourself • Link exercises into supersets and giant sets and log them as one block LOG EVERY SET • Weight and reps, set by set, with last session's numbers right in front of you • Drop sets, forced reps, assist machine and bodyweight-plus-load are all built in • A rest timer for each exercise that shows your own form cues while it counts down • Cardio logged in minutes and distance instead of weight WATCH IT CLIMB • Every exercise carries a rank, from Starter up to Champion, that rises with your numbers • Session-by-session bars for each lift: sets, top weight, total volume • Cycle progress at a glance — days elapsed, completion rate, personal records • A monthly calendar showing what you planned next to what you actually did MY REPORT Turn a session, a whole cycle, or a new personal record into a card you can save to Photos and post anywhere. NUTRITION AND BODY Log protein, fat, carbs, water and calories against daily targets, plus body weight and body fat. Add your own nutrients if the presets don't cover what you track. KG OR LBS, ENGLISH OR JAPANESE Switch units and language any time in Settings. Everything you have already logged carries over unchanged. ICLOUD BACKUP Sign in with Apple and your whole history backs up to your own private iCloud storage, ready to restore on a new device. SUBSCRIPTION Power Memo's features require a subscription. • Monthly — auto-renewing, billed every month • Annual — auto-renewing, billed every year • A 7-day free trial comes with your first subscription. Cancel during the trial and you are not charged. The price that applies in your region is shown in the app and on this product page before you confirm the purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
