MigrainePulse Tracker

MigrainePulse Tracker helps you record migraine and headache episodes with the details that matter to your journal: your own trigger wording, severity, duration, pain location, and notes. Log privately in the moment, review your complete saved history on a real monthly episode calendar, and select any marked date to revisit its entries. The calendar marks only dates with saved episodes; an unmarked date does not represent a pain-free record. The saved-entry severity trend plots one dot for every saved episode in chronological order. It adds no points for dates without entries and preserves multiple entries from the same day. All-time entry summaries show counts, averages, and transparent trigger associations such as “Weather front • 3 of 6 tagged entries.” Small samples are clearly qualified, and every summary reflects only the entries you save for personal review. No account is required, and there are no ads, external analytics, or network dependencies. Your entries stay local on device, with optional Apple Health writes for new entries: headache severity and duration only after you connect it in Settings. The first release is free and focused on a private, local migraine journal.

A migraine diary you can still use during a migraine. Three taps: tap the intensity, tap your medication, done. After the very first tap the attack is saved – everything else can be added later, when you feel better. WHAT THE APP DOES WITH IT • Pressure radar (new, free): shows the air pressure where you are for today and tomorrow, and warns you the evening before a strong weather change. Over time you see whether weather changes really trigger your attacks. • Trigger analysis: compares your days with and without each factor – including next-day effects, as is typical for red wine and lack of sleep. A factor is only rated once there are enough days. No premature claims. • Medication monitor: counts your medication days by the 10-day rule – triptans and combination drugs from 10 days, simple painkillers from 15 days a month – and warns in time, before painkillers start causing headaches themselves. • Doctor’s report as PDF: headache days and medication days per month, pain intensity, duration, accompanying symptoms and every single attack. Exactly the numbers asked for at the appointment. • Cycle analysis: detects a menstrual migraine, which is treated differently. • Calendar: one glance shows where attacks cluster. • Effectiveness: which of your medications actually helps you. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR IPHONE No account, no ads, no tracking. Your diary never leaves the device; only for the optional pressure radar is a rounded coordinate sent to the weather service. The report is created on the device – you decide who gets it. FREE, PERMANENTLY Logging attacks, the daily check-in, the calendar and the medication monitor with the 10-day rule stay free without limits. A diary that stops you from logging would be pointless. MIGRAINE DIARY PRO Weekly, monthly, yearly (3-day free trial) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Unlocks the trigger analysis, the doctor’s report, the cycle analysis and the effectiveness analysis. This app is a diary, not a medical device. It does not diagnose and does not replace medical treatment. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
