Bitmerge: merge data, compound income. Drag matching tiles together and watch them fuse up an exponential chain: bit, nibble, byte, and onward toward the AI core. Every tile on the board earns for you, every second. Higher tiers earn far more than the pieces they're made of, so merging always pays. MERGE UP THE CHAIN Two identical tiles become one of the next tier. Simple to do, hard to put down. Each merge frees board space and multiplies your income. EARN WHILE YOU'RE AWAY Your board keeps generating while the app is closed. Come back to banked progress, reinvest, and push the chain higher. RECOMPILE INTO QUBITS When spawn costs wall you out, recompile: collapse your run into qubits, a permanent income multiplier that makes every next run faster. The reset is always free and always your choice. BUILD THE MOTHERBOARD Deeper still: escalate for kernels, then reboot into the motherboard underneath your board. Slot the AI cores you have built into real hardware (CPU, RAM, PCI-e, drive bays, BIOS) and each core permanently rewrites one of the economy's own constants. A reboot wipes everything else; the motherboard is what you keep. AUTOMATE THE GRIND Earn daemons that spawn, merge, defrag and even recompile for you, and keep working while you're away. Set their levers and leashes; the machine plays itself exactly as hard as you let it. NEVER STUCK A full board is never game over: a fresh spawn merges straight onto its match, more board space is earned in-game, and the recompile is always free. You can always recover without paying. That's a design rule, not a promise. NEON BY DESIGN Strict minimalism: clean lines, high contrast, and a living circuit-board background that ripples like water as you drag. Tiles are chips that grow with their tier (more pins, denser dies, extra electrons in orbit) until the top of the chain runs white-hot and the AI core turns prismatic. EARN LIMITED SKINS Timed events arrive on their own schedule and run on a save of their own, with their own board rules and their own prize. Finish one and the skin is yours for good, wearable the moment you win it. DRESS THE BOARD Three optional skins redraw the whole board, not just its colours. Blueprint is two sheets in one purchase: Cyanotype and Vellum, your board drawn in ink on paper. Clockwork is a brass movement whose wheels turn at the speed your tiles earn. Orbital puts your tiles in orbit as stations, and a drag bends the starlight around your finger. Preview any of them on your own board for 60 seconds before you buy. CLIMB THE BENCHMARK Game Center leaderboards rank your live balance as a benchmark index: spend and you drop, bank and you climb. A free-only division ranks players who never bought power. NO ADS, EVER No banners, no interstitials, no ad SDKs. Bitmerge is free to play with a few optional one-time purchases; nothing you must buy to keep playing. Download now and merge your first bit. About

Idle Loom

Features

Idle Loom is an idle game about running a weaving mill, and about the cloth itself. Start with a single hand loom. Sell your first metres of fabric, buy another, and climb through seven generations of weaving machinery: hand looms, shuttle looms, rapiers, projectiles, air-jets, Jacquard machines, and finally the mill line. Your floor fills up as you grow, and the camera leans in with it. TIME THE MARKET Cloth prices drift. Sell into a peak and pocket the difference; sell into a trough and learn for next time. The market band tells you when the moment is right; a small decision that keeps every session interesting. DRAFT YOUR OWN WEAVES This is the part no other idle game has. When you're ready to prestige, you don't press a button; you sit down at the dobby grid and draw a weave, cell by cell, the way drafts are written on real point paper. Watch it become cloth in the live preview as you draw. Twills, basket weaves, weft-faced drapes, figured damasks: the game reads your pattern's real structure: floats, interlacing, symmetry; and stamps it Plain, Sound, Fine, or Masterwork. Better cloth, better rewards. SIGN IT. KEEP IT FOREVER. Signing a contract resets your mill for the next run and files your design in the gallery, the actual pattern you drew, woven up, with its date and its rank. Share any design as an image. Your gallery is the story of your craft, and nothing can take it from you. GROW THE GROUND ITSELF Earn stars with every signature and spend them on special projects and ground expansions; new terraces that wrap around your mill floor and make room for the heaviest machinery. HONEST BY DESIGN • Progress is earned. No purchase can buy stars, design ranks, or a better draw - ever. • A handful of optional extras exist (a production doubler, an auto-seller, time warps, thread colours). All of them are conveniences; the whole game is completable without spending anything. • No account. No sign-in. Your save lives on your device, and the mill keeps weaving while you're away. Warp up. The market is waiting.

Verdict

The call

Bitmerge and Idle Loom are too close to call on the numbers: across 5 compared parameters — price, ads, in-app purchases and device support among them — neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.
