Keep your training records together with Training After 50, built for adults who want a clear way to record workouts and follow their progress. START WITH FREE WORKOUT TRACKING Record exercises, weights, sets, reps and notes. Use the included exercise guides, revisit workout history and compare your sessions. Export and restore your records with Full App Backup. ADD V1.1 EXTRAS WITH ONE PURCHASE The optional V1.1 Extras upgrade unlocks these tools together, with no subscription: - Supplements: photograph or import package labels, review the suggested details, and keep names, amounts, ingredients, purchase information, notes and photos in one place. - Nutrition: find foods in the offline food list, enter portions, or scan a Nutrition Facts label. Calories are enough to save a food automatically. Protein, carbohydrates and fat are optional; type any values the scan misses. Keep photos and entered values with each day, and save products in My Foods to use again. - Energy: see approximate intake, expenditure, and calorie deficit or surplus. Follow the breakdown for resting needs, daily activity, logged workouts and other exercise. - Body Progress: record bodyweight, measurements, notes and progress photos, with photo previews before saving. - Weight Calculator: enter your bar weight and tap the plates on one side. The calculator includes matching plates on the other side and shows your total. - Reminders: set weekly or monthly reminders for your records, measurements and photos. - Daily Dashboard: see your records together by date. YOUR RECORDS STAY ON YOUR DEVICE Workouts, supplement records, food logs and photos are stored locally. Label text is read on your device. Use Full App Backup to save a copy outside the app or transfer records to another device. Restoring your Apple purchase restores access to Extras; it does not restore or transfer your records. REVIEW YOUR SCANS AND ESTIMATES Label recognition can miss or misread information. Check the photo, serving size and suggested values, and correct anything the scan misses. Nutrition and energy figures are approximate record-keeping estimates, not a prescription or a prediction of weight change. V1.1 Extras is an optional non-consumable in-app purchase. The app shows your local App Store price before purchase. There is no subscription.

Setlist is a strength log for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch that shows where every lift stands, builds the plan toward your goal, and helps you find and work with the people who train you. Log your sets and, when you finish, every exercise gets a reading: top of its range, inside it, or under it, and what double progression does from there, read off your own working sets and targets. The method is named on screen. You decide what goes on the bar. LOGGING A workout is a table: set, last time, weight, reps and optional RIR. Warm-up, drop and failure sets, supersets and mid-session swaps. Check a set and the rest timer starts, on your phone, your Lock Screen and Apple Watch. Records show the moment you beat them. Every exercise has a demonstration video, one tap away. YOUR GOAL, YOUR PROGRAM Say what you are training for in your own words. With Setlist Pro, the program setup builds a program from your goal, days, time and gym: training blocks of Settle in, Build, Peak and a lighter week, and the sessions that run them. Each choice says why. Yours to change. YOUR HISTORY, READ Bring your history across from other training apps' exports, spreadsheets, documents or a log you paste. Every name is reviewed before anything is saved, and an import can be undone. See where you got stronger by muscle and by lift, and, with Pro, your Liftprint: how you train, as a story to share. FIND A TRAINER Find a trainer or physical therapist by gym, by what they help with, or online. Each page shows how they train, where, their stated credentials and their price when they give one. Ask to train from their page; when they say yes, share your training with them. Setlist lists what trainers write and takes no bookings or fees. TRAIN WITH YOUR TRAINER OR PHYSICAL THERAPIST They assign sessions and programs and see what you did beside the plan. A physical therapist's plan carries holds, per-side doses, a schedule with reminders and a pain check after each session. Everything they send works on your phone at no cost to you. FOR TRAINERS AND PHYSICAL THERAPISTS Your listing is how clients find you: your statement, specialties, where you train, your first session and price. Setlist for Trainers: one client is free; the plan adds more clients. SHARE WITH CARE Turn an Instagram workout post or a web page into a session. Put music on a session, from Apple Music or a Spotify link. Send a session to someone who follows you back, or publish it on your page; credit travels with it. No likes, no streaks to chase. TRAIN ANYWHERE Pick your gym from Apple Maps. A session is checked against what it has, with stand-ins offered, and the session stays as written. PRIVACY Body measurements and Apple Health data stay on your iPhone. Your training is stored in your own iCloud; with an account, a copy of your workouts is kept with it for your page and sharing. Your trainer and the people you follow see only what you choose to share. Setlist sends usage counts and crash reports; turn them off in Settings. Setlist shows no ads of its own and does not track you. Exercise videos play in YouTube's player, which may show YouTube's ads. FREE, WITH SETLIST PRO Free to download; logging is unlimited: sessions, exercises and history. Setlist Pro adds programs, built workouts, rep ranges for your goal, stalled lifts, more gyms and Liftprint: $3.99 a month, $29.99 a year with a two-week free trial, or $79.99 once. Setlist for Trainers is $9.99 a month or $99 a year with a two-week free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage them in Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://setlistlog.com/privacy Setlist is a training log, not a coach and not medical advice. You and your trainer or clinician decide what you lift. Check with a doctor before you start or change a training program.
