Verdict
Pollo Tropical and Crave Poke both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 50% of Crave Poke's written reviews are positive against 19% of Pollo Tropical's. Crave Poke also leads on monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). Pollo Tropical's advantage is ratings volume (43K vs 12) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 6 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
