Verdict
The clearest difference is ratings volume: Pollo Tropical at 43K against Sedano's's 542. Pollo Tropical also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). Sedano's's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Pollo Tropical against 4.9 for Sedano's.
