Lowtide

Drink less, at your own pace. Lowtide helps you keep a record of your drinking, set a personal goal and see your progress over time. A drink can end your current alcohol-free run, but it does not erase your completed weeks, past milestones or history. COUNT WHAT IS IN YOUR GLASS Log the serving size and alcohol strength, and Lowtide calculates standard units using your selected regional definition. Enter the details yourself or scan the printed strength and size on a bottle or can. Label recognition runs on your iPhone. SET YOUR OWN GOAL Choose to cut back, take a break or stop drinking. See your current week and alcohol-free days. Set an optional evening reminder to check in. SEE YOUR OWN PATTERNS Lowtide Pro adds insights, weekday patterns, longer-term trends, milestones, full history and CSV export. Money and calorie estimates are comparisons against the baseline you enter, not promises about future savings or health outcomes. A MOMENT TO PAUSE A paced-breathing timer is available from the main screen. It is included in the free version. LOG FROM YOUR WRIST OR HOME SCREEN Use the companion Apple Watch app, interactive widgets, Control Centre or Siri shortcuts to log a drink. OPTIONAL APPLE HEALTH CONNECTION With your permission, Lowtide can write alcohol entries to Apple Health and read entries recorded by other apps. It can also read sleep data to display your own nights side by side. These comparisons do not establish cause and effect. Health access is optional. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No Lowtide account, advertising or analytics. Your log is stored locally, and the developer does not receive your drinking or health data. Optional Face ID protection helps keep your log private. Purchases are handled by Apple. The Watch companion communicates with your paired iPhone. FREE AND PRO Free: drink logging, Today, the current week, the last two weeks of history and the craving timer. Pro: insights, patterns, longer-term trends, milestones, full history and CSV export. Choose a yearly subscription, a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices and any available trial are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. The lifetime purchase does not renew. Lowtide is a tracker, not treatment. If stopping drinking may be unsafe for you, speak with a doctor. Alcohol withdrawal can be serious.
