Verdict
The clearest difference is ratings volume: Time4Care at 34K against Ringwood's 1. Time4Care also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 weeks). Ringwood's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
