Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Fuze Mobile at 4.7 against 3CX's 2.6. Fuze Mobile also leads on ratings volume (4K vs 317) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.3). 3CX's advantage is monetization model (free vs subscription). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Fuze Mobile holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fuze Mobile has 4K ratings behind it against 317, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 28% of 3CX's written reviews are positive against 33% of Fuze Mobile's.
Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. The most recent releases landed on September 24, 2026 and July 20, 2026 respectively.
